Amazon Seller operations

Seller Central operations in the same workspace as your agency.

ProcessWorks gives ecommerce teams and agencies a client-aware operating layer over Amazon seller workflows, with AI-assisted analysis, listing preparation and human approval before important changes.

Amazon Seller workflows

  • Catalogue and listing visibility across connected seller accounts.
  • Listing creation and validation workflows before submission.
  • Inventory and stock-risk monitoring.
  • Order and operational exception views.
  • Account-level and client-level reporting.
  • Approval and audit records for AI-prepared seller actions.

Agency workflow

Each seller connection belongs to a ProcessWorks workspace and can optionally be assigned to a client. This is designed so an agency can keep seller accounts logically separated while still asking portfolio-level operational questions such as which clients have inventory risk, listing issues or unusual performance changes.

Amazon Selling Partner API status

The public Amazon Selling Partner API application associated with the existing Lustra / ProcessWorks product work is currently subject to Amazon's application and approval process. ProcessWorks does not describe production public OAuth as live until the relevant approval and credentials are available.

AI Product Studio

Product-content workflows are powered by the existing Lustra Studio creative foundation, allowing ProcessWorks to connect listing operations with product imagery without maintaining a separate image-generation stack.
