ProcessWorks terms of service

The responsibilities and conditions that apply when you use the ProcessWorks workspace and its commerce and advertising services.

Last updated: 21 October 2026.

Who provides the service

ProcessWorks is operated by Jamal Akram, a sole trader who also operates Lustra Studio. Contact [email protected] for service, billing or contractual questions.

These terms cover ProcessWorks website and workspace use, client records, authorised integrations, approval workflows and related support. A signed order form, data-processing agreement or service-specific agreement may add terms for your organisation. If an agreed order form expressly varies these terms, that variation applies to the services it identifies.

Lustra Studio creative services and subscriptions have their own terms. Shared sign-in does not automatically transfer creative credits, combine subscriptions or authorise access to a client's accounts.

Your account and authority

Provide accurate account details, protect your access credentials and use the service only for lawful business purposes. If you act for an agency, employer or client, you must have authority to do so and to give the relevant instructions. Keep team access and client assignments accurate, and remove permissions when they are no longer appropriate.

You must have permission to use the stores, advertising profiles, product content and other information you connect or supply. You are responsible for the permissions and instructions given by users you authorise. Tell us promptly if you suspect account misuse. Do not share marketplace passwords or live access tokens in prompts, tickets or messages.

Service scope and connected platforms

ProcessWorks organises client workspaces, commerce and advertising requests, approvals and activity. The functions available for a particular connection depend on provider approval, permissions, eligibility and configuration. Illustrative examples are not evidence that a public API connection is enabled. Amazon Ads production connectivity requires the relevant Amazon approval and advertiser authorisation.

Amazon, OpenAI and other connected providers are separate services with their own terms and policies. ProcessWorks is independent and does not claim their endorsement. Providers control their own account eligibility, publication decisions, API access, rate limits and service availability. We cannot promise continued availability of a third-party feature.

Instructions, approvals and advertising spend

Check the client, connected account, requested action and proposed values before giving an instruction or approval. Review targeting, keywords, bids, budgets, listing content and other material changes. An approval applies to the action and scope presented; it does not grant unrestricted authority for unrelated actions.

Where a workflow requires approval, an AI recommendation or a prepared draft is not itself approval to execute it. Any ongoing automation needs a separately authorised scope and appropriate account permissions. Keep a record of the authority your clients give you.

Advertising spend and marketplace fees are charged by the relevant platform under your arrangement with it and are separate from ProcessWorks service fees. You remain responsible for authorised spend, account limits and monitoring outcomes. We do not guarantee sales, ROAS, ACOS, listing publication or marketplace approval.

AI output, content and intellectual property

AI-generated recommendations, images, reports and text can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before using them or approving an account change. You remain responsible for your product claims, listings, targeting decisions, intellectual-property permissions and compliance with marketplace requirements.

You retain any rights you hold in the content you supply. You give us permission to process it and use the necessary service providers to deliver your requested service, subject to applicable data-protection and platform restrictions. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Rights in third-party materials and generated outputs remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the provider involved; we do not promise that AI output is unique or free of third-party rights.

The ProcessWorks software, branding and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms permit use of the service; they do not grant ownership of the software or another provider's intellectual property.

Client information and data processing

Our privacy notice explains the information we handle, the providers involved, storage, disconnection, deletion and your rights. Provide only information necessary for a permitted workflow. Do not put unnecessary buyer personal information, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or credentials into ChatGPT, listing drafts or support tickets.

Where you act as controller and we process personal information solely on your behalf, the applicable data-processing terms must cover your documented instructions, the processing purpose and duration, data types, people concerned, confidentiality, security, service providers, assistance with rights requests and incidents, and return or deletion at the end of the service. Contact us to arrange the required processing agreement before supplying client personal information that needs one. This service summary does not replace that agreement.

Amazon Ads data may only be used for the approved integration and authorised advertiser. It must not be sold, publicly disclosed, used for unrelated profiling, or shared with AI providers or combined with third-party data outside Amazon's permitted use and any required prior written approval. User permission cannot override a provider restriction.

Acceptable use

You must not access accounts without permission, evade provider rules, manipulate reporting, upload malware, infringe another person's rights, attempt to bypass workspace access controls or use the service for unlawful or discriminatory activity. Do not use an integration to obtain more data or permissions than your authorised purpose requires.

We may reject an instruction or restrict a workflow that falls outside your authority, the service scope or applicable platform requirements.

Prices, billing, cancellation and refunds

Before you buy a ProcessWorks service, the checkout, written quote or order form must identify the scope, price and currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency, any usage limits and whether the purchase renews. Any minimum term, cancellation procedure and refund conditions must also be provided before purchase. Contact us if those details are unclear before proceeding.

Shared sign-in or connecting an account does not by itself purchase a plan or authorise a paid upgrade. Lustra Studio creative subscriptions and credits are managed separately unless your commercial agreement expressly includes them. Third-party advertising spend is not a ProcessWorks subscription payment.

Request cancellation through the method identified in your purchase terms, or contact [email protected] for help. The agreed purchase terms govern the end date and treatment of prepaid or unused service, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here removes a statutory cancellation or refund right.

Availability, suspension and ending use

Maintenance, third-party outages, permission changes and security events may interrupt the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or connected accounts, meet a legal or provider requirement, or address non-payment or a material breach. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the reason and how to resolve it.

You can stop using ProcessWorks and ask support to close your account or workspace. Revoke connected-service permissions through the relevant provider and disconnect any ChatGPT connection you no longer use. Stopping access, cancelling a subscription and requesting deletion are separate actions; one does not automatically complete the others.

We handle deletion requests as described in the privacy notice and any applicable processing agreement. Copies held by connected providers and records required for legal obligations are subject to their respective controls. Amounts already due and obligations that necessarily continue after ending use remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Responsibility and legal rights

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. You remain responsible for your business decisions, client instructions and review of generated content. Service interruptions or inaccurate AI output do not by themselves determine either party's legal responsibility; that depends on the circumstances, applicable law and any agreed commercial terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes applicable consumer rights or other mandatory legal protections.

Changes, questions and complaints

We show the revision date above when these terms change. Material commercial changes are communicated through the applicable service or contractual process; posting a new page does not retrospectively rewrite an agreed order form. Contact us if you need a copy of the terms relevant to your purchase.

Send questions or complaints to [email protected] with enough information to identify the account and issue. For privacy requests or security concerns, follow the contact and reporting instructions in our privacy notice and security information.
